I bake specialty cakes as a small business and Buddy is definitely my role model! I purchased this book to learn more ain order to perfect my skills as a baker. I was blown away by how well-written this book is. I am an avid fan of Cake Boss and The Next Great Baker and expected great things from this book, however, my expectations were greatly exceeded! I love the way Buddy tells his story of how he began with the "smallest" tasks in his father's bakery and how these "simple" tasks laid the groundwork for the baker he is today. The book is very motivating and encouraging. It would make a lovely addition to any personal library whether a person is an experienced baker or a beginner. Buddy has inspired me to become all that I can be while taking one step at a time. Thanks, Buddy!!

I honestly wouldnt know how great this product is because I never received it! I ordered this book as a christmas gift, on December 11th, it is now January 24th and still have not received the book. They were supposed to send the book 2-3days after I payed for it which they never did. I had to call on December 26th and then they said they would re-do it, the book was not sent out until a week later. So I cant really put a review on this book.
