2. Candy, Crash & Crisis: Buddy and company are surrounded by sweet temptation when they're asked to make a cake for Dylan's Candy Bar and the sisters are also feeling tempted to hire an assistant for Buddy after they can no longer handle all the incoming orders.

3. Painters, Pool, & Pink!: Buddy creates a billiards table cake for football player Justin Tuck and gets an opportunity to show off his pool skills. The bakery gets a make-over with unexpected results and Buddy makes a cake for the painters.

4. Robots, Rollerskates, and Relatives: Buddy channels his inner hacker when he's asked to create a moving robot cake. He also has to make a 1970's themed-rollerskate cake and deliver it on skates! Cousin Anthony gets a talkative new companion on a delivery.

5. A Battleship, Ballet, & Burning!: General Buddy and his team of cake soldiers really want to impress their client this week when they create a massive cake for the US Air Force. The guys get their groove on while making a dance-themed cake and the girls get into a catfight.

6. Children, a Cage, and a Challenge: Buddy's got a real loudmouth in the bakery this week but it's not a customer, it's a talking cake! Then, when Buddy is tasked with a cage fighting cake, his teenage nephew is inspired to challenge Frankie to a wrestling match.

7. Pizza, Pooches, & Pop-In-Law: Buddy makes a new four-legged friend named James when he's asked to create a cake for a local animal shelter. And he might be in the doghouse when he challenges his father-in-law to a pizza-making contest after making him a pizza-themed cake.

8. Golf Greens & Gravity: Buddy and company feel lost in space when they have to create an over-the-top cake for a local planetarium. But the week isn't all tough stuff when the boys go golfing to get inspiration for a golf tournament cake.

9. Freaks, Fast Food, & Frightened Frankie: The bakery heavyweights are challenged to an eating contest after they create a buffet-style cake for Major League Eating. Then one of Frankie's biggest fears is exposed while making a cake for the Coney Island Circus Sideshow.

10. Motorcycles, Manhattanites, & Misbehaving: Buddy channels his inner bad boy and upsets Mama with his motorcycle fever when he's asked to make a cake for the Long Island Hells Angels. On the opposite spectrum, he also has to make a Tea Party-themed cake for a group of Upper East Side socialites.

11. Colorful Characters & Christmas Costumes: It's a drag at the bakery this week when Buddy and Co. have to make a holiday-themed cake for drag queen Miss Richfield 1981. Cousin Anthony and Stretch beg Buddy to let them deliver a cake to a party full of women but Buddy has a trick up his sleeve.

12. Blushing Brides & Busy Bakers: Carlo's has a record week when they have to make fifty wedding cakes in seven days! Buddy's number one priority is wowing his cousin and sister-in-law with the grandest wedding cake ever but will Cousin Anthony be able to handle the delivery by himself?

13. Apples, Arguments, & Animal Prints: Buddy is inspired to create a new cake recipe when he is asked to make an apple tree cake for a local orchard. Mary threatens to buy her 40th birthday cake from a rival baker when Buddy doesn't give her the attention she requires.

14. Sizing, Sleeping Stretch, & Sesame Street: Everyone at the bakery couldn't be more thrilled to make a cake for Sesame Street's 40th anniversary but this cake is no walk in the park and problems arise early. Buddy also creates a very special surprise for his favorite Sesame Street character.

15. Chimps, Cinema, & Crumb Cake: The crew channels their inner animal when they're asked to make a cake for the 110th birthday of the Bronx Zoo. They also make a cake for the grand opening of the only movie theater in Hoboken, once the client makes up their mind about the design!

16. Cars, Collapse, & Couture: Buddy and his team get the order of a lifetime when they're asked to make a life-size replica of a race car out of cake for the Retail Bakers Association's annual convention in Charlotte, NC.

17. Aquarium Adventure & An Announcement: A local aquarium orders an underwater themed cake for their birthday this week and Buddy puts his signature on it by adding live fish! Lisa and Remy make a very special announcement to Buddy who can't wait to tell the rest of the family.

18. Castles, Cannolis, & Cartoon Characters: Buddy and Mauro travel to Disney World to make Carlo's famous cannolis for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. The guys also decide to bring down their families for a vacation and make an out-of-this-world cake for Buddy's daughter Sofia's birthday.

Ep. 4) Roses, Romance, and a Romeo: What's harder than pleasing a bride? Pleasing fourteen! Buddy's got his work cut out for him this week when he's asked to make wedding cakes for fourteen couples getting married in a mass wedding on Valentine's Day. Cousin Anthony asks someone at the bakery to be his valentine.

Ep. 6) Peppermint and a Polar Bear Plunge: It's a cold week at the bakery when Buddy makes a cake for the Coney Island Polar Bear Club and is invited to take a cold-water winter swim with them. It's also Buddy's youngest son's birthday and he has a special request...an ice cream cake. Burr!

Ep. 5) Hieroglyphics, Hearse, and Happy Parents: Experience a week in the life of Carlo's Bakery when Buddy and his team make three over the top cakes for three very unique clients including a pink hearse cake, a baby shower cake and an Egyptian-themed sweet 16 cake.

Ep. 7) Tournament of Knights and a Tasty Tiramisu: Buddy and his team travel back in time this week when they are asked to make a cake for the King of Medieval Times and Buddy is challenged to a joust. Buddy channels his father when he makes an old-school tiramisu cake for an Italian customer.

Ep. 3) Magazines, a Mega Screen, and Maurizio: Buddy gets invited to make a high-tech cake for NASDAQ and a cake for O Magazine all in the same week. Cousin Anthony wants to drive less and bake more but has to find a replacement for himself.

Ep. 10) 6-foot Sub Sandwich, Zeppoles, and a Sick Mauro: There's a hero at the bakery this week and it's not Buddy, but rather a Six-Foot Hero Sandwich Cake for a local deli's 100th anniversary party. It's also Easter week so the team is swamped with cranking out all of the holiday favorites, including St. Joseph's zeppoles.

Ep. 11) Color, Camouflage, and Cupcake Day: War breaks out this week at Carlo's when the guys are challenged to show their shooting skills in order to make a Paintball Cake. It's also the annual Throwback Cannoli Day at the bakery, but everyone's in for a big surprise when Buddy decides to change from cannolis to a new pastry.

Ep. 12) Key to the City and a Key-tar Cake: It's blast to the past week at Carlo's when Buddy is asked to make a retro cake for an 80's tribute band. He also takes a trip down memory lane when his birthplace of Little Ferry, New Jersey presents him with the key to the city.

Ep. 13) Barbers and Bulls: It's a wild week at Carlo's Bakery when Buddy is asked to make a Mechanical Bull Cake- complete with movement. It's also the anniversary of the barbershop where Buddy's been getting his hair cut since he was a kid and he wants to make them a cake they won't forget.

Ep. 15) Helmet Cake, Healthy Mauro, and Huge Train Cake: Choo choo! It's National Train Day as Carlo's team has to make a HUGE cake complete with tunnels for model trains. Joey wants to make a firefighter themed cake for his retiring fire captain. Mauro's son helps his dad get healthy.

Ep. 16) Strawberries, Sinatra, and Sick Ovens: Nothing says summer like ice cream... or cake that looks and tastes like ice cream. Buddy and Co. make a cake for Haagen Daz's 50th anniversary while also making a cake for the Broadway show Come Fly Away. But orders are difficult to fill this week when the ovens start acting up again.

Ep. 17) Sandals, Sandwiches, and Shelves: A client travels all the way from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina this week to order a giant Flip Flop Cake. A local school also asks Buddy to create a kid-friendly cake to celebrate the continuation of their students. PB and J anyone?

Ep. 18) Pipes, a Phoenix, and a Problematic Kitchen: Buddy and Co. create a Phoenix Cake for a neighborhood Irish bar but it's not easy since the ovens are being replaced and the bakery is in shambles. Joey tests out the new ovens by making his famous Irish Soda Bread.

Ep. 19) Snooki, Super Anthony, and a Ship: Buddy takes a fieldtrip to the Seaport Museum in NY to get inspiration for a nautical-themed cake. Meanwhile, a special Jersey celebrity stops by Carlo's to order a cake for her mom but attracts the attention of one of the crew during the process.

Ep. 20) Sweet Sixteen, Stars, and a Saber Sword: The bakery has their hands full this week with two very high profile clients: the US Military and Mauro's 16-year old daughter Mary! Buddy makes a cake for the 100th anniversary of the Cadet Chapel at West Point and a Hollywood-themed cake for Mary's red carpet Sweet 16 soirée. Meanwhile, a regular customer asks Buddy to come to Italy to make a cake for his friend.

Ep. 21) Crazy Chocolate Cake and Carlo's Centennial Celebration: Carlo's Bakery celebrates their 100th anniversary with a HUGE walk down memory lane cake and block party. Buddy and the crew also make a chocolate lovers dream cake for a chocoholic client. Buddy makes a special announcement about the future of Carlo's.

Ep. 2) Santa, Sunrise, and Snowmen Cupcakes: Ho, ho, ho! It's the busiest day of the year at Carlo's Bakery... Christmas Eve. And all hands are on deck to make sure every customer gets what they need for Christmas be it cookies, cakes or pies. There's no rest for busy bakers during the holidays!

Ep. 22) Familia, Fishing, and Family History: Buon giorno! The Valastro's are in Italy! The first stops on the trip are Altamura and Lipari... the birthplaces of Mama and Buddy Sr. But the trip isn't all play as Buddy is asked to make a wedding cake AND a baby shower cake for his cousins.

Ep. 23) Fresco, Fountains, and Family Wishes: The Valastro's continue their trip around Italy by visiting the capital city of Rome. Buddy, Ralph and Danny get a culture lesson when they're asked to make a cake inspired by a fresco painting for an art collector. Buddy's wife Lisa makes a special wish at the Trevi Fountain.

Ep. 24) Cassata, Cheesecakes, and Crates of Wine: The Valastro's spend the last leg of their Italian vacation in Sicily where they visit a local winery. Much to the surprise of Buddy's family, he decides to make a Wine Bottle Cake for the winery owner. Buddy and Lisa have special surprises for one another before they say arrivederci to Italy.

Ep. 1) Circus, Celebrity Chef, & Surprise!: It's always a busy week at Carlo's as Buddy is asked to make a cake for The Greatest Show On Earth, complete with a "ring of fire" along with baking a special anniversary cake for celebrity chef Rachael Ray. But his biggest task will be to keep his surprise stork cake under wraps from his wife Lisa not to mention their pregnancy announcement from the whole Carlo crew!

Ep. 2) Shark Cake, Scooter, & Smelly Fish: Buddy takes the bakery gang to sea for a fishing adventure and gets the inspiration to make a lean mean killing machine shark cake for an old family friend's 35th anniversary of his charter boat company. Lisa's pregnant and smelly fish ain't no joke. It's Mauro and Madeline's birthdays and Buddy surprises them with a pink scooter and some great Italian memories.

Ep. 4) Hot Air Balloon Cake & Happy Little Bakers: It's "Make-A-Wish" week at Carlo's bakery! Buddy bakes with four little aspiring bakers, all suffering from a life-threatening illness, on their personal "Make-A-Wish" cake. And it doesn't stop there as Buddy plans to wow the foundation with a very special hot air balloon themed cake. Ep. 3) Toilets & Textiles: Buddy gets one of his hardest cakes yet - a request for a replica of a toilet that actually flushes! Later, Wendy, owner of the Denim Lounge, is having a baby shower and asks Buddy for an unusual baby shower cake.

Ep. 5) Ships, Sonograms, & Sister Drama: Buddy showcases pride in his Italian heritage by making a tribute cake for the Columbus Day Parade with a cake so big it needs a forklift to lift it! It's order filling chaos as Carlos deals with their first ever online holiday pie sales. Lisa and Buddy get her six month ultrasound, but will the news be okay? Mauro decides to begin the journey to become an American.

Ep. 6) Snow Globe, Story Book Cake, & a Scare: It's a busy week at Carlo's when Buddy is asked to make a special snow globe cake for a surprise engagement. But things prove to be difficult when he and the crew have trouble figuring out how to make it snow inside the globe. Meanwhile, Buddy's daughter Sophia's 2nd grade class is in for a treat when Buddy creates a special story book cake inspired by Sophia herself. Finally, Buddy gets a scary call when Lisa is rushed to the doctor's office due to early contractions.

Ep. 7) Pucks, Pastries, & Pushy Grace: Buddy tries working fewer hours at the bakery so he can spend time with Lisa and the new baby, but it's a challenge from the start as two hockey-loving boys want a full size arcade-style hockey table cake complete with moving figures that can actually be played. Meanwhile, Joey and Mauro experiment with a classic Italian cookie recipe. And later, Buddy has to handle Grace, who is into everybody's business again.

Ep. 8) Staten Island Chuck, Strange Oddities, & Sal: The Carlo crew designs a cake for "Staten Island Chuck," a groundhog that predicts spring by popping out of his hole. Meanwhile, Buddy makes a dream topsy-turvy cake for a client based off her favorite place in the world, Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Later, Momma comes home from Florida to finally meet her grandson and the famiglia pays tribute to Sal.

Ep. 9) Punches, Psychics, & Pastries: The bakery gets a surprise visit from WWE Champion Santino Morella as he shows off some trademark wrestling moves and orders a massive "Road to Wrestlemania" cake. Later, Buddy is asked to create a crystal ball cake for a psychic and gets a personal reading. And Grace has a zeppole meltdown when the pastries are not up to snuff.

Ep. 10) Designer, Deadlines, & Diagnosis: Fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi commissions Buddy to make seven fashion-inspired cakes that models will carry down the runway, but making the designer happy is anything but easy. Buddy checks on construction of the new factory at Lackawanna, and lays down the law when his contractors go over budget. After weeks of pain, Buddy visits the doctor and finds out he needs surgery.

Ep. 11) Tulips, Taxes, & Take It Easy: Buddy and Lisa visit the hospital when Buddy's doctor tells him "to take it easy" before his hernia operation. But back at the bakery, it's anything but as Buddy must create an 8-tiered flower cake for the Philadelphia Flower Show and later a life-sized accountant cake in celebration of tax season. Will Buddy go against his doctor's order and risk further injury to his hernia and himself?

Ep. 12) Second Anniversary, Surgery, & St. Patty's: It's St. Patty's week at Carlos! Buddy has been picked to be the honorary Grand Marshall of Hoboken's St. Patrick's Day parade, but his half-Irish brother-in-law Joey has issues with the selection. Later, a couple comes in with a highly-intricate Moroccan-themed cake for their second anniversary. But with Buddy away for his hernia surgery, will Mauro be able to lead the crew and deliver a cake up to the client's expectations?

Ep. 13) Space Shuttle, Stepping Up, & Surprise!: Buddy is making a cake out of this world -- a replica of the last space shuttle for NASA. And to make things more difficult, he promises that it will lift off just like the real thing! Back at the bakery, Buddy wants to update the Carlo's catalogue and window display and he's asking his baking team to step up to the plate by having a cake contest. It's also a way for him to gauge potential managers for his new factory in Lackawanna. Finally, it's Momma's birthday, and with all the changes going on around her, Buddy decides to create a cake just like they did back in the old days.

Ep. 14) Houses, Help, & Hitting the Road!: Buddy takes on one of his most difficult cake builds, creating a cake that must represent houses from around the world for Century 21's 40th anniversary. To add to the challenge, the cake must also feed over 4000 employees and travel over 2,500 miles to the event in Las Vegas.

Ep. 15) Headphones, Helicopters, & Handcuffed: Cousin Anthony is turning 21 and when he's not at the bakery baking, he's working on pursuing his other passion -- being a DJ. To celebrate Cousin Anthony's birthday, Buddy makes a surprise cake for him that looks like a DJ set up complete with lights and moving turntables! Meanwhile, a client stops by with a request to create a cake for their medivac unit and offers Buddy a chance to deliver it by helicopter.

Ep. 16) A Big Bumblebee, & a Bossy Grace: Nothing creates buzz like a cake from Carlo's. Buddy is asked to create a giant Bumblebee cake to help promote the blockbuster movie Transformers 3 and the all new Camaro that will be on display at the New York Auto Show. But because the cake is so large, he has to create it away from Carlo's, leaving Grace in charge. Will her bossiness get on the nerves of the entire Carlo's staff?

Ep. 17) Competition, Complications, & Communion: When the local bowling alley asks Buddy to make them a cake, Buddy gets the old bakery bowling team back together to prove they still got it, baby! Feeling left out, the sisters form their own league to take on the boys! Meanwhile, it's Sophia's first communion and it's up to Buddy to make a special cake for her big day. And later, Buddy gets news that there are complications surrounding his new factory.

Cake Boss - Baby Special: In this special episode of Cake Boss, Buddy and Lisa prepare to welcome their fourth child, and get the bakery ready for one of the busiest days of the year: Valentine's Day. Buddy surprises Lisa with a detailed cake recreating the baby's nursery at her baby shower. Meanwhile, the couple has to pick godparents, get the nursery ready and navigate a difficult breech pregnancy. And when Lisa finally goes into labor on Valentine's Day, the extended famiglia have a special surprise cake made just for the occasion.
