In the Two Weeks in Hell DVD, you are given a pass into the intense training and testing that determines who will be allowed to become a Green Beret candidate. Over two weeks, the most insane, mind-twisting games are played, and physical limits are stretched beyond imagination to enable the watchers to select the right individuals. During the Green Beret DVD Two Weeks in Hell, you will see some of the most intelligent and creative individuals alive, and witness brutality of training like you have never before seen.

Two Weeks In Hell DVD features the U.S. Army Special Forces Green Berets, America's unconventional warfare specialists. Whereas the military's focus usually is on brute-force tactics, the Green Berets rely on creative, innovative, and stealthy tactics to destabilize an enemy from within. The Green Beret DVD Two Weeks in Hell shows that they are experts in guerrilla warfare, sabotage, and subversion. They live as the locals do, and they live by their wits. During the Special Forces DVD Two Weeks in Hell, you can see that time and again, their tenet on how to win wars proves true: "Humans are more important than hardware." have the right man, in the right place, with the right mix of special tactics and smart thinking. The results are devastating to the enemy. The Green Berets Training DVD Two Weeks in Hell makes you understand that a Green Beret candidate may THINK he's the right man for the job, but the Special Forces Assessment and Selection will find out. Over 14 days, a candidate's true character will be exposed. During the Two Weeks In Hell DVD you will see that the candidates come from all across America, from both the military and civilian lives. Most have no idea what they are really getting into. Sixty percent of the candidates will not last the two weeks and passing this test is just for the OPPORTUNITY to start real Green Beret training. In the Green Beret DVD, Special Forces Assessment and Selection has only one purpose: To find those candidates who have the physical and emotional ability to become Green Berets. Simply surviving the two-week interview will not get you in. The Special Forces DVD Two Weeks in Hell has you realizing that everything is a mind game, and everything is planned to see how the candidates make decisions under extreme stress and disorientation. The cadre "watchers" who are evaluating have seen it all, and they have years of experience in places most people have never heard of. The Green Berets Training DVD ingrains that letting the wrong candidate into this special family gets people killed. The right people can win wars or stop them before they start. This unique access special takes you deep inside the world of America's Green Berets. In a profession of order and regiment, this is the place for the unconventional and strong-willed. The problem is finding these characters is a virtually impossible process. To find the unconventional thinker, you need an unconventional system to do it. Welcome to SFAS. The Green Berets know exactly what they are looking for, and the SFAS cadre will twist the minds and destroy the bodies of those candidates who want the part. Everything at selection has a reason, but it's like no other selection process in the world. For those who try out, it's an avalanche of chaos, stress, and doubt and a massive dose of "What the hell did I get myself into and what the hell is going on??". The selection process is a brutal test designed to mentally and physically smash men down to their core. Only then will Special Forces know if they want to invest in what is left.

Buy the Two Weeks in Hell DVD, and go inside the machine that spends two weeks determining who may be considered for the specialized force that is the Green Berets.

My fiance left for SOPC and Special Forces selection a few days ago and I bought this documentary to learn what he was about to go through. I know the selection process is now 3 wks and changed up a bit but this dvd gave me a small view as to what was required. It made me feel a better knowing what he was potentially going through so I could better understand his training. I think the DC did a fantastic job documenting this grueling experience.

I was also in that class. I had an awesome time in SFAS, i thought it was fun. It definitely is much easier than the Discovery Channel presented it, good job guys. This DVD is a great memory to keep and to show to my kids maybe someday... Although, I think as one of the "actors" on the video I should get a free copy, but... Buying it is still definitely worth the money. FYI: out of 220 SFAS class probably only about 15-20 graduated and became a Green Beret. Good job guys.

I felt that instead of showing the candidates that stood out head and shoulders above the rest, they concentrated on the undesirable candidates, those that were obviously going to fail selection, or should have failed selection. To show the level of difficulty, they should have focused on how hard it was for the top performers instead of showing the whiney washouts.

This documentary closely follows a Special Forces Assessment and Selection class through its 2 week selection process. The documentary gets to interview some of the students and instructors so you don't just see what they do but you also get to know some of the people involved in this very closed, elite process to create America's best.

I was in this selection class. They did a pretty good job of capturing what it's all about. They don't show us eating or sleeping... we didn't do a lot of that. One thing is for sure... when the camera's showed up... something was going down! I just came to the Discovery store to buy a copy. You think I could have got a complimentary copy.

I also went thru SFAS in May of 1992. I had just completed the 10th Annual Best Ranger Competition & signed into SFAS just 2 days after competition. I was in top physical condition. SFAS was 3 weeks long back then & I actually thought it was fun(seriously). We loved messing with the instructors...on our longer team events we recited movie script lines from "Monty Python & The Holy Grail". It boosted our collective motivation & upset the instructors that we were turning their arduous events into fun. They were yelling, "Shut Up!" And pretty much losing THEIR composure. We had a great time winding them up. The part about watching the candidates with NODs was right on the money. Near the end of the course, we really found out who among us was reliable, motivated, and truly operated as a team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this video to anyone trying to get into SF. The atitude you have to have is, "I'm ready to do whatever you need me to do & keep going until you(the assessor) tells me to stop. This precludes you from making wrong assumptions about the distances you'll travel & events you will participate in.

I was selected when I went through back in 92. It was three weeks long when I went through. Great eye opener for what you might be getting into or what our best of the best have to go through. I had no idea of what I got myself into until I got there. All I knew is I wouldnt quit. Remeber folks that this is only 2 weeks of about 2 years in the "Pipeline". Great production.

Yes, selection has changed since then, but selection is ALWAYS changing. The documentary doesn't show all of the events due to the nature of SFAS -- the ability to handle your fear of the unknown is part of the assessment criteria.

Coupled with the book, Get Selected, this documentary is a great way-point on the path to discovering if the Special Forces community is right for you.

If you are in the Army and you are getting ready for Special Forces selection, then this is a MUST HAVE DVD. it doesn't tell you how to accomplish everything, you'll have to learn that there, but it gives you a pretty good idea about the suck you are about to go through. I watched it and then went to selection shortly after and got selected. The DVD does go a little overboard and make it seem worse than what it really is, but that's television. Again this is a must have if you are thinking about going special forces or already have a selection date.

I loved this documentary and used it as a learning tool as I plan on entering the army with a special forces contract (18x) later this year. It was an incredible (and scary) look into the special forces selection process.

What I didn't like about the documentary was that they never showed anyone eating, or sleeping, or doing anything but dropping out. It was clearly made to be more of a production than it really is. From what I have heard from people who were there (and passed) was that the documentary takes only the hardest parts and the clips of people dropping out completely leaving the rest of the time there up to your imagination (i.e. What about the swim test?). I understand that it needs to be compacted into two hours and you want to catch people's eye, but it is supposed to be a well rounded documentary. While helpful I feel it is trying to be more than just a documentary which makes something potentially amazing less than incredible.

This documentary brought back a lot of memories. I completed the "Q" course in 1969, prior to serving in SOG in Vietnam. The course has morphed over the years and while still very good, appears to be a little too touchy-feely. "Candidate" Huh!!! Get real - no profanity? Probably not politically correct anymore. Guess the good old days are truly gone forever. Recommended to those who would understand personal motivation.

This program really shows what separates the weak from the strong, and what these brave men must endure to become the best on the block.
