Join the latest crop of hotshot bike builders – along with a few familiar faces – for an all-new season of Biker Build-Off. It's a twelve-week odyssey of TIG welders and tattoos – and it all comes down to the grand finale in Las Vegas, where viewers worldwide will have the chance to decide the bike world's newest master fabricator.
Hailing from Huntington Beach, California – by way of southern Japan – Chica builds bikes reminiscent of '50s-era scoots. And the way he forms metal is just as old school. Looking and acting like a samurai warrior, Chica bends steel with a curved wooden block, a hand hammer and even a sword. He's a previous BBO winner, but he'll have his hands full with Mike Pugliese, a.k.a. Mr. Smooth, from Staten Island, New York. Pugliese's elegant creations are considered by many to be the sleekest predators in the one-off jungle. Each competitor will have their hands full as they ride their custom creations from Key West, Florida to West Palm Beach for the final showdown.
