I have seen this show on tv before and I wanted to see it again unfortunately I don't have the sci channel on cable any longer..so I decided to get it to watch it again and keep it in my DVD collection. Great show and very informative.

I use this product in my Anatomy & Physiology class in a community college. The main feature does not use specific names of processes and parts, but offers a few good features, specifically actual footage of cells, organelles, skin and blood.

My students voted the Bonus feature as most informative, though, with good actual footage of internal organs, bones, and daily physiological processes.

I thought this video was quite thorough as it pertains to the human anatomy and physiology. My students enjoyed this video as it gave them a broader perspective of how the body reacts to different life situations. This video is a must for all those who teach any health science courses as it was delivered in a comprehensive and builds on the basics of the body.

Bought for a curious grandchild but program did not include all the systems in the body. Focus was primarily on the skeletal system, skin, and brain. Some interesting facts, ok visuals, but overall ho hum.

I bought this for the "extra" large format movie to tie things together at the end of a unit. Perfect timing for a single class period and really engaged my 7th graders. Only concerns were a few naked babies and an interesting choice of music for the reproduction bit, but didn't get more than a giggle here and there so it was OK! I definitely recommend it.

My 5 yr old and 8yr old love this video. They watch it in the car when I get stuck in trafic. If I put it on for short trips we end up at our destination, just sitting in the car. When I turn it off the both will sigh. I rarely let them watch TV and they know with this one Mommy is soft. I dont mind them watching it over and over.

I'd like to rate this dvd set with 5 stars. It really deserved that but I can't do it!There are no subtitles available. Not even in english! They'd help a lot! I speak in English quite well but sometimes I don't get the ideas.

In INDIA, human body is considered sacred of all the living beings. The chakras which access the body to cosmic energy is a typical Indian review, but this dvd is another such close encounter to reveal the body scientifically
