Join the latest crop of hotshot bike builders – along with a few familiar faces – for an all-new season of Biker Build-Off. It's a twelve-week odyssey of TIG welders and tattoos – and it all comes down to the grand finale in Las Vegas, where viewers worldwide will have the chance to decide the bike world's newest master fabricator.
Two evenly matched competitors reveal radically different building styles when the audacious Joe Martin of Duncanville, Texas takes on Zero Engineering's Shinya Kimura of Las Vegas, Nevada. From the way they mold metal to the way they unwind, these two just do things differently. Martin excels at creating long, low, slammed, super aggressive street monsters. While Kimura – the proprietor of Zero, the American arm of a heralded Japanese shop – builds quiet, elegant, old school masterpieces. For Martin, relaxation means a trip to the local strip club. But for Kimura, it's a visit to an impressionist museum. And while Martin fabricates everything from scratch, Kimura cannibalizes as much as possible from auto junkyards. It's a showdown of West versus East as the two builders race to complete their masterpieces and make the trip from Las Vegas to Palm Springs, California.
