We have given two of the scooters to our grandsons and they absolutely love them. The neighbors wonder where you buy these and are asking for the chance to try them out. The large wheels, dual brakes and solid construction make this a home run as gifts go.

I bought this for my very active 11 year old son specifically to use on our rural property with steep gravel hills and lengthy driveway. With his tall,large frame (130lbs)and aggressive style, I was uncertain that any scooter would meet these high demands. The Dirt Dawg scooter has been a huge success! He nearly assembled it himself in no time. The braking system has been tested on very steep terrain and its durable frame appears capable of handling his daily use. I would highly recommend this scooter even for taller teens. I plan to research the higher end models as I anticipate him moving into more advanced stunts and jumping that I am not sure is the intended use for this particular scooter. Overall, we are all thrilled with this product. We will likely be purchasing another for my 9 year old daughter as well.

my son (10) wanted this.[...]as for the scooter it looks cool and my son likes it but it is heavy and quality control is lacking somewhat. needs minor adjustments to roll better. but at the price point it's ok and should last.

A great concept where paved or concrete surfaces are unavailable. However, product arrived with many chips in the paint due to poor protective packaging and extremely limited assembly instructions. The braking system was extremely hard to correctly install. The company managed to mistakenly send me 2 scooters and charge my credit card for 2 scooters although I only ordered one. This problem still has not been corrected.
