Our grandaughters were very excited about the globe. Many questions were inspired. Long conversations about current events and family travels delighted us all.

I ordered this product in Black as a christmas gift for my family.
The first time it arrived, it was the incorrect product.
The customer service people were very nice, friendly and apologetic. Not their fault...
They sent a replacement; again the wrong product. Again, the woman on the phone was very nice and handled it right away.
The third product to arrive was the correct product in the wrong color (Brown, not black).
I called again and said this is silly. I asked to service rep to put a note on the order to have the warehouse people open the box and confirm it's black before sending it. I can see where the box was opened and retaped. The fourth time and still the wrong product.
We've given up and will probably just give this to a relative.
Nice product; really bad organization in the ordering/shipping area.
