I really like this shirt. I love "Finding Bigfoot" and this makes me feel connected to the team. The shirt is roomy and it's long enough - so many shirts look good but are too short - this one is perfect.

I ordered this shirt on 12/6 and it was not shipped until 12/14. There was no tracking available for the item and I was stressed that I would not get it in time for Christmas. When I called customer service, they also could not track it. It did arrive in time, but the stress was not worth it.

I out in an order for two of these and went back the next day to check on my order. When I put in the order number it came back as "order not found". I checked back for three days but got the same reply each time. I finally re-ordered the item and this time paid with Paypal instead of a credit card. I checked the next day and found that the order was being processed and ready to be shipped. The problem is that the first order finally was processed (why the delay?)and was also delivered. Neither package arrived in time for me to repackage one of the shirts and send it to my brother for delivery before Christmas. I love the shirt but the service was terrible. I buy a lot of stuff onine and have never seen service as bad as this. I will not buy anything elase from the Discovery store.
