the blu ray version of this serie was not what i expected.there are many distracting images and eyesores which are irritating.mike rowe narration is not all that good,his narration make you want to get rid of all episodes...richard lintern is the best.although the voices of the narrator and scientists are clear,the backgroud music which play a crucial role is not really very audible in some episodes like the first one..i was really upset,there many times when the sound gets higher than it should be.but other than that, how the universe works is really precious...if i was on the head of discovery channel,i would demand remaking it with
different narrator and adjust the music level so that it can be audible because it was the most attracting music i really have ever heard

This is a very well-made series about cosmology and astrophysics. The CGI is very well done and helps to illustrate the points made by the scientists interviewed during each program. Mike Rowe does a good job narrating the series and his commentary is easily understood and informative. Despite the presentation of several complex topics, the series is easily comprehended and the visual effects, especially on blu-ray, are awesome.
