I bought this sign as a present for my husband. Our entire family absolutely loves Mythbusters, so I bought this sign for him. We plan on putting it up in our living room, also called "the movie room" since there is movie and tv memoriabilia on the walls. It's a great design and looks, from far away, very similar to the sign used on the tv. It's not 3 dimensional though, so don't be expecting that. It is larger than I expected, but that's not a bad thing. It's about 2 1/2 ft x 8 in. The back is also perfect for writing on. I had my kids write down their favorite Mythbusters episode on the back. Needless to say, the sign was a big hit with the husband. I recommend this sign for any serious Mythbuster fan.

I was not aware when purchasing that this would be screen-printed; however, that was my error, and the photo does show a screen-printed sign. However, I will point out that most fans of the show will expect the actual metal sign used in act breaks.

The really unfortunate part of this item is the quality of the screen printing. The colors are nowhere near as saturated as they appear and the resolution is reminiscent of a '95 HP Inkjet photo.

I ordered this and the "confirmed" sign for my 14 year old son's birthday.[...]. Couldn't wait to open them, but was very disappointed when we did! They are still sitting in the box after a week. The picture is misleading. It looks like an actual stamped metal sign on the website, and I expected it to be thicker and heavier. It turns out to be a thin sheet of metal with a picture pasted on. Not at all what I expected!

I'll start with the good points, the size of the product is good, and it is metal as the description says. Now, onto the bad, the metal can't be more than 1mm thick, and the design has just been printed , and not great, onto the thin metal. The picture they show you on the product page has had the saturation edited because mine doesn't have the bright colors that does (for referance, here's a pic of the one i got [@] I've had this on my wall for a few hours now, and all i can think is "i could of got the same look printing the logo from my printer"

This sign matches really well with one used on the show. I think its great to put up in your garage, in your room. This is really a great gift to give someone who likes the show.
