I bought this to replace my boring old purse, and I am so glad I did. It's a decent quality bag, and exactly the right size for all my various mom essentials. It has a lot of pockets, many places to clip in pens, a key clip on the outermost set of pockets, and a simple magnetic closure. Perfect for us Moms who aren't afraid to let our inner science nerd shine :) My little ones rather like it, too.

This item is smaller than Id expected. It was a present for my 12 year old daughter, and I hoped she would use it for school, but sadly ist JUST TOO SMALL

I bought this for my six year old boy who LOVES Mythbusters AND satchels. The quality is very high. Nice thick canvas material, very durable and metal hooks. The strap is adjustable to fit any size person. I thought it was pricey but after receiving it I realized you definitely get what you pay for with this satchel.

I got this as a present for my son, who is a mythbusters fan, to use as a backpack for school. It's too small to use as a backpack. It works to hold his toys for a day trip or going to the grandparents house.

I purchased this bag for my daughter's ninth birthday. She is a giant Mythbusters fan and actually jumped up and down when she unwrapped this bag with the mythbuster notebooks inside. She uses this as her school bag and I am sort of hoping she tires of it soon so I can use it as a funky purse. So many messenger type bags are so wide that it is hard to keep things organized inside them. This bag is narrower but deep. It nicely fits school notebooks and books as well as pencils and special keepsakes in the front pocket. She is the envy in her elementary school of other students and teachers alike!

I'm a retired teacher that travels locally a lot. This is waterproof, has many pockets, holds everything I need for daytrips, and most importantly holds my NOOK. What more do I need? I like the whimsy of having a plausible bag.

My son LOVES the Mythbusters messenger bag. The strap is the perfect length, the entire bag is made of very durable fabric and of course it's "Mythbusters". The only thing I would change is the size. It could be a bit bigger for school books. He makes it work just fine though. I would give it 4 and 3/4 stars if I could.
