I randomly found the Duggar family on a friend's TiVo and got hooked. My husband got me this along with all of the seasons for Valentine's day. My husband and I have alot in common with the Duggar's in ideaology and it was wonderful to read an account of this. Made me feel like I had a good friend with me as I was reading it. Can't wait to try the recipes, and as we don't have children yet, I have a feeling I'll be reading it and re-reading it over and over again to get it memorized before I do have children!

I got this book several weeks ago and I have read it over 3 times already. I love that it has god involvment in everyday life. I have started some of the technequies that they use and am loving the results with my children. I was also very impressed with all of the resources that it gives you at the back of the book. It has helped me know how to start homeschooling. I think anyone could benifit from this book wether you are 12 or 91 it is a great book and dear to my heart. I love the Dugger's and this puts it all in a nutshell.

I thought this book was great. I found the training & correction tips very useful. I'm also starting to home school my children and reading about their schedule and their resources was helpful as well. I only have 4 small children so far, but I already see how using the advice given in this book will help us now and as more come to our family. (And I feel more confident that we can handle more to come.) I'm very grateful for the Duggars taking the time to write this book. Oh, and the debt-free living is incredible! Great book!

This is a wonderful book! I watch their show every week and in between I come to TLC.com to catch any updates. I am amazed at how well their family is, ex. behaviors, their faith in God. I have gotten many good ideas from reading their book that I would like to try with my family. I am going to try to get my husband to read it as well, if not I will quote it to him! This is a must read for any family, especially if you want a different way to raise and discipline your family. It has references to books they have used along the years and great recipes, not just for food! I love it and can't wait to read it again!

As a parent you always try to do better and watching the Duggar family on tv it is always striking how well behaved these lovely kids are and how loving this family is towards each other and the outside world. Even though i am not as religious as they are this book was a great read. Refreshingly honest , without any attitude this family shares its many tips how to make daily life better for you as a couple and as a family . I have only one question : When is the next book coming out ?!!!
